Q. I want to pick up a car in one place and drop it off at another. Can I do this?

A. Yes, simply select your pick-up location and on the booking form, request that your booking be handled by
a 'live agent' and you will then be contacted and can organise details of the drop-off location. Please
note that some rental companies do charge a drop-off fee.

Q. I'm under 25, can I still rent a car?
|

A. Most car rental companies have a minimum age restriction of 25 years with the driver having
a major credit card in his or her name. Some car companies will allow 21-24 year olds to
rent cars, but there is an additional surcharge involved. Drivers in this age range must also
have a major credit card in their name. For further details please contact the rental company
direct before making any booking.

Q. I want an all-in price including insurance and taxes, can I find out what the total cost will be?

A. As taxes and insurance vary widely both by location and rental company, it is only possible to provide
full details of these once we know your itinerary and rental company. Make your booking in the normal way
and on the booking form request that your booking be handled by a 'live agent'. You will then be contacted
and can request a total price. As you don't need to provide credit card details to
make a booking, you can easily cancel the booking if you are not happy with the overall price.

Q. Your rates are cheaper than I've been quoted by the rental company direct. How is this possible?

A. As our bookings are processed centrally we use services able to negotiate large discounts with the
rental companies and we can pass these savings on to our customers.

Q. I want a certain make and model of vehicle. Can I specify this?
|

A. The make and model is determined by availability at your pick-up depot, so it is not normally
possible to specify this at the time of booking. One rental company may use Ford vehicles, another may use
Nissan but the models available may change at different depots.

Q. I'm a little concerned about Internet security. Do I have to provide details of my credit card over
the Net to make a booking?

A. Yes but don't worry, your card will not be charged until you pick up the car. It is just used as
a hold number to prevent fraudulent bookings. However, if you don't cancel your reservation and don't show up, your card will be charged.

Q. How do I know my car will be waiting for me to pick up?
|

A. On completion of your booking you will be emailed a confirmation number. This is supplied by the
relevant rental company and can normally be used to check your booking with any branch of the company you've
selected.

Q. How do I know I'm dealing with a reputable company?
|

A. We process thousands of car rental bookings each year and make no charge to you
for the service we provide. The booking services we use are some of the largest in the US with annual
bookings well in excess of $US 500 million. Your booking is passed direct to the rental company you select.
